Tren/winny Log

So I finally have all my stuff to start a quick 6 week tren/winny log. The tren is Ace obviously and ill be injecting that. The tren will be starting at 50eod and work up to 50ed. Winny will be 50 everyday. I have n2gaurd HCGenerate and prami. Currently 5'5" 175 12% hoping to stay between 165-170 @ 7% the diet I will include will not change, except for 1-2 cheat meals a week. While at the gym my workouts always change (just how I like it and it works for me) yes I wake up at 2am because I have to be at work by 4 (military) as you can see its relatively high carb, high protein, low fat diet. Extremely low sodium and virtually no sugar (except for the grapefruit) I had my first pin last night as well as first app of winny. I got really itchy from the winny and I couldn't drink enough water it seemed, I took prami last night to which knocked me the fuck out! Ill hit the gym around 530 today, enjoy!!

Wake up and drink 16 oz water and take all vitamins…to include: Multi, B-complex, L-Carnitine or dose of fat burner, Calcium, fish oil, BCAA’s and C.

Meal 1: 2:00
7 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, 15 almonds and 1 cup oatmeal or 2 slices Ezekial toast.
Or skip the oats and mix the eggs with ½ cup cream of wheat and cinnamon and make pancakes.

Meal 2 4:30 -
1.5 scoop whey isolate protein shake with water and 2-3 plain lightly salted rice cakes

Meal 3 7:00
7 oz ground turkey, 1 cup brown rice and 1 cup diced peppers red, green or yellow, and 15 almonds

Meal 4 9:30
5 oz tuna, ½ cup banana pepper rings, 8 oz sweet potato

Meal 5 12:30
4 oz flank steak with 3 oz chicken and 12 asparagus.

2:00 - 1 whole grapefruit and 20 almonds

Lift & Cardio -35 minutes 6 days a week—Keep cardio low intensity for now- elliptical, treadmill at 3.4, or bike.

Meal 6 4:00
7oz chicken 12 asparagus and 1 cup white rice or 8 oz white potato - on lifting days add 2 large rice cakes or a slice of P28 bread with a tbsp honey (any flavor rice cakes)
Also have B-complex, glutamine and 1,000 mg vitamin C

Meal 7 6:30 6 egg whites and a spinach salad and other added green veggies with balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar. 1 large rice cake with 1 tbsp sugar free jelly

7:00 at bed time
1.5 scoop Casein Protein Shake

Bed by 7-get 7 hours.

Minimum 2 Gallons of water

So my workout was pretty intense, right now I'm going med weight high rep

I've noticed I'm thirsty as hell all the time and the gym had me winded, and sweating like a pig!! Do you tren users pin at night or morning, I've been doing nightly injections
 
Today was back. I've noticed vascular had increased slightly, guessing this is the winny. I have a slight increase in aggression but get winded after about 13 reps. Nothing to extraordinary to report.

I woke up last night feeling sick as hell, and even almost Puked this morning. Insomnia hit me pretty good, got to bed around 8 but fell asleep around 11 (I wake up at 2am for work) i sweat all night last night to, and its 32 outside abd im burning the fuck up! I will update later after gym (if its open, really bad snowstorm right now) I have legs/shoulders. That will be fun with my legs still sore somewhat from injections.

I find that training the site I just injected helped it recover.. have you tried getting your hands on caber.. I have no experience with either but from what I've read caber is the better of the 2

Yea I haven't found any caber in months, since I'm stacking with winny ill just keep the prami at .25 e3d which should be sufficient as far as prolactin goes.

it could be the prami which is why i tell guys to try it out before running tren as a test and see how you react to it.

however more likely it is the tren causing this. 2 things.. you are gonna have to drink A LOT more especially before bed. and you are also gonna have to up your calories/carbs during the day (yea i know your goals are to cut hard and go low carb/cal but not gonna survive long on tren doing that)

also before bed i would drink some apple juice and some glucose tabs. then during the night take 3 more tabs and drink more apple juice to keep your blood sugar stable. when it drops thats when you are gonna sweat and get insomnia

google a list of low blood sugar symptoms and you will notice you are getting a bunch of those because of your diet you are running here. which is why i tell guys tren is a bad idea for the diet you chose. primo, eq are far better choices if you want to kill your sugars, cals, carbs on a cycle. tren nutrition partitions, so if your body runs out of glycogen guess what happens? your body rebels
 
Ok, I can tweak a few things to better suit. Lmao I have an emergency bag of M&Ms that I keep stored in my lunch box.

Plenty of people have run tren only cycles with no problem.. if you control prolactin your dick won't be affected..

you do realize that test aromatizes to estrogen right? and test doesn't block prolactin right? RIGHT? so your post makes zero sense.
prolactin and progesterone are not the same thing. I'm not gonna sit here and try and explain the difference, go do some more homework before giving advice.

Bro educate yourself, you don't need test with tren if you know what your doing. Keep prolactin under control and your all good. Test can have a more effect on sides. Tren solo is a great cycle especially for the first time tren user. Tren doesn't aromatize so no need for an AI. Caber/prami n2gaurd and hcgenerate And your set for tren solo. N2slin helps as well.

Well good you got something right, but test and estrogen have NOTHING to do with prolactin. Like I said, educate yourself before you come in my thread and criticize what I'm doing.

Yea the apple juice did wonders! Had a nice glass right before bed and slept pretty damn good. No night sweats, no insomnia, and no nauseousness. To top it off, I forgot how good that shit is! Even had a glass with breakfast this morning.

I will definitely keep this in mind if I ever run it again, because the night sweats and sleeplessness and tren cough were the reasons I gave it up.

yeah the only negative is it makes me piss more.

smart having it for breakfast.. when you wake up your blood sugar is very low due to fasting.. this is why you see runners eat bananas when they wake up early for their road races.

tren= drops blood sugar
low blood sugar= lots of sides.
boost blood sugar= less sides.

its a lot more simple than people think

ya ya ya i know people like to shred body fat on tren so consuming sugar will hurt their goals. if they want to go through hellish sides to accomplish their goals then thats their business. thats just a median you have to figure out .. how much sides do you want to suffer through to reach your goals. a good way to balance things out is to buy a blood sugar meter and have just enough sugar to keep your glucose at a healthy level but not so high that you are having too much sugar. if you can figure that out you can really comp hard on tren and avoid sides at the same time. me? i like to keep shit simple when i cycle. i prefer to use tren to bulk and get stronger and i eat like a horse on the stuff. and I will use primo or EQ to comp.

so its really up to you the way you use tren.

^i think you could cut efficiently and still get carbs. just get complex carbs spread throughout the day in small portions rather than timing then for certain time periods.
smaller amounts of complex carbs, spread throughout the day that equal up to your carb total for the day.

i eat my sugars in the morning ala apple juice, 1/2 cup oatmeal at lunch, 1/2 cup before workout/or sweet potato, 35g waxy maize post workout and depending on how im feeling either brocolli or more carbs post workout
 
Ok doing an update while doing cardio. So my diet was pretty off today, wasn't able to get groceries so wasn't able to cook all my food, either way in the gym I feel invincible, In determined to hit 15 reps on everything and won't stop until I get 15. I feel alot of drive focus and aggression in the gym. So far no bedroom problems either, a simple touch and I'm ready for action! I've noticed a small amount of definition increase (only been 4 days so I'm not expecting miracles) vascularity has increased significantly but I also quit smoking (don't judge me! Lmao) at the start of the cycle.

Holy shit, slept like ass last night, couldn't get comfortable, woke up and my head was POUNDING!! Washing sheets as I type this because of sweat. Once I got some food in though I'm good, my appetite is growing as well.

eat a nice meal before bed bro.. do not go to bed on an empty stomach or you will be in deep shit.

scrambled eggs, brown rice, with a nice glass of apple juice is a great meal 30 minutes before bed. yeah i dont recommend eating that late but that tren is sucking out every piece of nutrient out of your body and if you don't put it back in you are gonna be in trouble.. or consider getting up at night and eating a protein bar or something with sugar that can get sucked up

on the other hand if you want to struggle like this and can handle sleep deprival then ignore what i wrote and you will shred up bigtime. gotta find your median here

can't wait to see your before and after pics here.. following like a hawk. make sure you get a nice tan and oil up before final pics. with your base and dedication you are gonna look solid after this. don't be scared to go 8 weeks instead of 6 weeks because around week 4 is when things really go nuts. you ain't seen nothing yet

Yea that was my immediate thought when I woke up. I'm going to have to more than 'tweak' my diet for this to work. Still trying to cut but I don't want to feel like death all the time. Besides if I eat clean enough ill still cut.

well you probably are getting a lot of burned calories at work tho
do some ab holds at work. just be flexing them for 5 mins off, 5 mins on.....i like this a lot, feels like it helps at least.

if he can get away with the brown rice strategy then that is a good route. what freaked me out on my last tren run was the two times i woke up shivering and in a sweat and I couldn't move. then my hands felt like they were getting picked at. i was going into a low glucose shock, i managed to get out of bed and run to my glucose tabs and take 3 along with apple juice and jumped into the shower. when i got out i felt better like nothing happened.

also i have no idea why but it seemed like if i ate non complex carbs my glucose actually dropped. it was only when i ate complex carbs like sweet potato/brown rice did it work in my favor. almost like dirty carbs like pizza the tren chooses not to partition into the muscles, only the complex carbs.. really really weird that this compound actually is smart lol.. tren really is the king of AAS. although its not for everyone and for every situation. its nice to be off of it and actually be able to go for a 10 mile bicycle ride without obsessing about carrying around tabs like a diabetic

EQ is fine for women, as is primo...primo is my 2nd fav inject next to masteron

Never tried MHN. Winny and var do cut me up but I gain muscle retardedly easily.

damn that sounds terrible. i had something like that at the gym the other day. I did real real heavy bench, then did real real heavy incline dumbells. felt like i was going to die. shivering, couldn't breath, etc. took some glucose tabs and BAM ten million times better i felt. then i went and grabbed a gatorade before i hit up cardio. it is definitely the reason you feel like shit on tren. GW has helped with cardio, but I ran out and it felt off a cliff. started cramping on my inner quad teardrop yesterday.....weirdest feeling ever

So yesterday I was saying I had a terrible headache, kind of like a hangover headache. That pounding pressure type that makes you want to die (funny thing is the gf had the exact same headache) so it finally went away in the gym, felt really good focus and aggression but steay getting steamed out easier. Sweat is increasing as well, I can feel my body temp is higher than normal, that thermogenic feeling. After the gym I felt terribly catabolic so I went and got a wawa sub sand which (I'm allowed a cheat every now and again) instantly felt better and slept amazing. Ill be going from 50eod to 50ed with the tren starting tomorrow.

you said you were stacking winny too.. the ONLY time in recent memory i have had headache issues was when i stacked tren and winny together. i ended up dropping the winny to 25mg ED and my headaches went away. 50mg ED headaches got really bad.

Ill monitor that and drop it if I need to. I had planned on running the tren alone but I threw in the winny because it has anti prolactin effects which means I can take a lower dose of prami (and I wanted to see what the hype is with these new transdermals) they seem legit, more aggression, more vascularity. Funny thing is when I started Sunday I weighed right at 174, I stepped on the scale today at 176, but definition has increased slightly (well pretty good for just a week in) I feel slightly bigger. My overall well being is still the same though (going through divorce, dealing with custody battle blah blah blah) but all things considered I'm good, feel really confident with my body though so that's good enough for me.
 
So I hit the gym early this morning, today I'm also starting 50ed. I noticed pinning in the morning gave me a good energy boost (might be why I slept like shit the days I pinned right before bed) felt pretty good at the gym, busted out legs shoulders and cardio relatively quickly. I noticed the trans winny can leave your skin dry so ill be picking up some lotion to fix that. Tomorrow is rest day (dreading that!) so no update tomorrow.

So weekly recap (this will be a normal thing every week) so this week I have been doing injections eod at night, I also took .25ml prami some time as injection. I noticed doing this caused sleeping issues, especially if I didn't intake enough carbs throughout the day. The trans winny which I have been applying to inner bicep and chest leaves the skin really dry. Despite training to tone/shape muscles and cut fat, I have gained 6lbs. Muscles seem to have better shape and definition has increased slightly as well as better vascularity. This week ill be applying 1.2ml of the winny to inner thigh each morning (as oppose to 1ml every night) I will also be upping the tren from 50eod to 50ed taking in the morning. I am upping hcgenerate from 5caps/day to 6 (3/am 3/pm) as well as n2gaurd from 7caps/day to 8 (4/am 4/pm) I will be changing my diet a little and going with the same amount of food but less meals (going from 9 meals a day to 7 meals a day) I will also be cutting out more fats and adding more proteins, ill keep the carbs the same unless I need them. I have glucose tabs on have as well as some yogurt that I can sprinkle some M&Ms in to help regulate blood sugar (and cause it taste good!!!!) stay tuned later for my gym update!

Update for chest day. Slept pretty well and overall well being is pretty good despite the crap life has thrown at me lately. I'm feeling more and more aggression by the day so we will see how that goes. In the gym I felt unstoppable, even if I couldn't finish a rep I would just do a negative rep with it. Hitting some new records already after just a week.

So each group two times a week. That's how Arnold did it, I've been thinking about switching to that but I haven't done it yet
 
Yea I just started this one about 4 weeks ago. But Monday has a different workout than Thursday and that's the sane with everything.
 
You feel like its workin well for you? Like recovery is still adequate for each group?
 
Yea plenty of time for recovery. I have noticed I have a better shape, but ill credit the food, intense training, and obviously the AAS for that. I'm sure it doesn't really matter what split you do as long as your switching up every so often, I switch every 8-10 weeks or so.
 
Could you give me a break down of shoulder/legs day.. I train legs twice a week but one day is all quad orientated while the other is strictly for hams.. just seeing how other people do it

I'm currently cutting/shaping so here is legs:

Doesn't look like much but legs are pumped out in about 35 minutes. Real intense 15-30 sec rest break. While workout is less than 1.5 hrs to include cardio.
 
Def feel on, gym is fkn intense and I want to slaughter weights. I get winded extremely easy so ill be working towards better cardiovascular endurance, or try to. I'm trying to hold aggression in but yesterday one if my marines pissed me off and I literally threw a chair at him. I feel fuller bigger vascular and defined. I love tren!

Last night was, well, wet. I sweat so much last night, I actually changed the sheets and took a shower in the middle of the night. Seeing results daily. I noticed today my calves have increased a good amount, shoulders are rounder and have better caps, triceps exploded. Chest looks tighter, back wider and overall definition and vascularity had increased significantly. No appetitie change and the small tweaks I did seem to help with the low sugar/carb issues that are associated with tren. I'm thirsty as hell though, already 2 gallons deep!!! Sex drive is through the fkn roof to! If my woman so much as touches a hip and ready for action, guessing that's prami doing its job.

Today was a terrible day. Had my first run in with the 'Tren Monster' today. I went to go buy a hitch for my truck because I needed to tow my bike to the repair shop (spilled it and finally have money to repair it) So I go buy what I need and go out to put it in the receiver, well the guy I bought the truck off of decided to leave the pin lock in and I dont have the key. Fucking pissed me off. So then I had to go to uhaul and get a truck/motorcycle trailer, come home and attempt to load the bike. bike fell over as its going up but no worries since it was getting repaired anyways, THEN it falls over on the other side and smashes an air cleaner that I had put on maybe 3 months ago, Mind you this is a 2012 Harley, parts arent cheap. Anyways get everything loaded up finally and off I go. Get to the shop and theyre CLOSED!! ugh pissed the fuck off. As I'm driving off I see him pull up and I dropped the bike off. So by this times I have already missed two meals, I say fuck it and head towards buffalo wild wings (ultimate cheat meal) ate 18 wings (60cent wing day) and head to the gym 45 min later. Felt tired and sloppy at the gym so wasnt to great although still hit new weights. I decided to look up the caloric value of my feast, came out to 2400 cals, 108g fat, 252 carbs, and 90g protein. The sodium was over 8000mg (no i really meant 8 THOUSAND) i felt like having a heartattack when I saw that number. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have a better day

Ugh rage all day! I now know I'm on, doesn't take anything to flip the switch. Vascularity through the roof, definition improving, feel strong as hell. Loving cycle so far!

Update for yesterday. Cycle feels really good, I've gained mass definition and vascularity everywhere. Aggression is through the roof and I need to get a handle on it (even though I sorta like it) ppl at my gym are noticing the huge increase in size and I'm pretty sure ppl are questioning whether I juice or not (only my source and gf know I'm on) strength is about the same but I can rep out more. I think I may be better off next time I use tren to use it for a bulk not a cut, which will be my next run. Thinking Tren E 12 wks, EQ 14 wks, Test E 16 wks, try and break that 200lb barrier (remember, I'm only 5'5") stepped on the scale this morning at 177.5 (was 173 at the start with intentions to cut) but noticeably leaner and more muscle so obviously no complaints. Loving how tren and winny work together, although the aggression gets a little rediculous sometimes. It takes nothing to make me rage, and rage hard. But then I calm down pretty quickly after I tell myself 'it's just the juice'.

Jealous though that the boys have such a powerful compound. Maybe that's my calling...to formulate a compound that powerful for women
 
Weekly update. I think my body would react better to tren while bulking. I started two weeks ago at 173, 1 week in i was at 180, this week is same weight with more noticeable definition as well as a huge increase in mass. Vascularity is getting rediculous. Strength is showing decent improvement although I'm going more for reps (remember. I had planned to tone) I'm contemplating lowering reps for two weeks and see what kind of strength I can get. Everything this past week has exploded! Sex drive is incredible as well as 'hardness' feels like in a teenager again. GF is loving it (so far) Tren gives me night sweats on the regular but no other sides really. Winny leaves my head pounding when I wake up but once I get food in I'm good. Still dosing tren at .5ml/day and winny at 1.2ml/day. N2gaurd will be increased to 10caps/day and hcgenerate is going to 8caps/day. Ill be increasing prami to .5ml/e3d. I'm eating clean as a wistle, save for 2/3 cheat meals a week. This is seems to have become more of a lean bulk instead of a cut. I'm contemplating upping my food intake accordingly and just go lean bulk for the remaining 4 weeks. If so ill be attempting to achieve 190-195 post cycle weight. Ultimate goal for me is 200@15% (or less of course) by the time I turn 25 (about 11 months from now)
 
So this week I decided I'm going heavy. And I beat alot of old records. I've been going light for about 6 weeks now so I was actually impressed with what I pushed. Got called in to work so I couldn't hit abs or cardio. Pushed through this workout in about 50 minutes so it was rather intense.

I've run winny before.. didn't get headaches but joint pain was another issue.

To be honest I haven't noticed any joint pain, using transdermal so I don't know how that would effect the joints (I would expect the exact same way)

On a good note, out of my 13 injections so far, not one time have I got tren cough.

Can that be avoided by avoiding pinning quads.. or can it happen anytime?
