Tren A, Test P, Mast P Log

3000 mgs Tren A
4000 mgs Test P
3000 mgs Mast P

gonna set it up like this..

100 of each every other day until out. That's around 60 days of Tren and Mast. About 80 days of tests.. The only thing I am wondering if I just Start Mast with Tren or Wait 20 then Finish Mast with Test...

This is gonna be my log also... Will Start log with 2 weeks....
 
Here we go first shot yesterday! going to do 50mgs test p for 10 weeks, 50mgs of tren a and mast for 8 weeks ED injections. (350mgs of each every week) Gear is real smooth going to rotate between delts, quads, and glutes...
 
4th shot today... Cutting diet in full effect... Right at 195 lbs @ 6'1... Can do 225 12 times at the moment.... Looking at cutting as much BF as possible without losing much muscle...

Example diet day:
Meal 1- 4-5 eggs and 1/2 cup oats with strawberries or banannas..

Meal 2- salad with a hand full of almonds...

Meal 3- 1 lean protein cut with veggies

Meal 4- whey shake

Meal 5- 2 cut lean protein with veggies and brown rice...

Workout

Meal 6- protein shake

Sleep

Plus over a gallon of water a day... This go round has me thirsty like never before...

Having trouble with morning empty stomach cardio... I know I should just suck it up and do it, but the hunger pains and lack of energy is giving me fits... Any advice? What about eating my bowl of oats then hit 30-45 mins of cardio, the finish meal 1...
 
On the morning cardio I would throw some bcaas in with a half water/ half gatorade mix. This will give u enough to fill the stomack and protect against muscle atrophy but not so many calories so that u dont burn fat.

1 serving of Scivation Xtend BCAAS Before.. should be good.... Sip water during....

Are you eating Whole EGGs bro??? And your trying to lose weight? You need to Weight out your food and portion with cups and Ozs.... Your eating fruit while trying to diet.... Fructose turns into str8 Glucose and is stored as fat in the body... Yes it does have many vitamins and minerals and is a good source of fiber, but the sugar content of fruit should steer you clear for diet purposes... Especially if trying to obtain the optimum shape.... You need to be eating a cup of Eggs whites... 8-10 Ozs of chicken breast cooked... Weigh your food. The only way your gonna be accurate... I Would eat my carb meals Pre and post workout, thats it, and try to workout earlier in the day, so you can eat more protein and veggie meals throughout the day.. Low levels of glycogen will promote more IGF and HGH release during REM sleep, as well as a pure protein meal like 1 cup egg white before bed will help with fat burning process... Stear clear of protein shakes except postworkout, and try to eat as much organic food as the pocket will allow.... This will cut down on sodium and empty carbs from sugar .....

@JCM- Work great this morning! Just enough to get me going...

@Johnny- Thanks for the Advice! Ill switch to egg whites... I cannot change my workout schedule during the week.. Weekends I usually do workout earlier. meal 4 has been just another serving of salad and almonds..
