looking good already
Well as you can see (I can) I have partial scoliosis in my back I have been working on straightening my back out. My one shoulder is higher then the other. Pilates and yoga have made a huge impact on on my abs and strengthening my back. So now that you se the pictures are you thinking same program as skittles? Ohhh and the skin redness is because I just took a hot shower.... Not normally that red. I won't smile here....

You look great :) You have a very nice base. I have no idea why you were worried! Great job @ posting them!

All you ladies look like you have ab definition already....... I have NEVER had any :worried: - hope to soon.

Thanks Skittles... Although what ab definition I have has come in this year... It has taken me forever to lose the bulge around the middle (where I store it).

I have scoliosis as well - a 12 degree curve... but it's due to the fact that one of my legs is an inch shorter than the other :worried: You'd never know it unless I pointed it out though...

Just curious if you've ever had it looked into... if it's for the same reasoning as mine, trying to straighten it out is futile. I tried to wear a lift for a while but it gave me awful back pain... I guess sometimes you just have to live what you were given :p

And btw, I don't notice it at all on you... you're far too critical of yourself...

And even though I can only see thumbnails, I can see you're hot already... nowhere to go but HOTTER from here ;)

whatthe??

I can't find the picture right now but I had posted some pix from 15 weeks out from the 2002 comp I was goign to do. I think you had commented that I had good hams going on a pic of a rear double bicep pose. Except for the big butt. This is a genetic gift from my mom's side of the family which will no doubt be my biggest challenge.... If I can find the pic I"ll post it up.

now returning to trel's pix.....
