I think this is the first time in 7 years that I have been able to train on Thanksgiving, but I had to join the 24 hr. fitness to do it But I had a great back workout...now that food had better hurry up and get finished so I can get growing!
i got the home gym going on here so no prob with "being open" lol...but i am passing today. tail end of cutter (not too exciting), took an extra cheat day today (bad)....start on the big cycle monday (looking ahead)...so does it really matter if i work out three days in a row like usual or do 1 on /1 off (today)/ 2 on???? i highly doubt it. no need to stress on it. the bi's/tri's and delts will still be there tommorow, god willing, to get smashed. everyone just left my house...so i do have like 6-7 hours before bed and all that equipment.....awwww fuck it i'm gonna lay down.
