I really need help. I am an ex-football player so I know how to get stronger and bigger, now I want to lose fat and get cut. I know the light weight and high reps, but do you want to barely be able to finish the 15- 20 th rep per set or should it be quite easy to finish each set? I'm getting the diet part down and i'm doing lots of cardio. Are there any sites strickly dedicated to "bodybuilding" routines that illistrates every aspect of it for help?
