I currently train with a split like this
Day1 Chest & Tri's

Flat Bench
Incline DB
Decline Bench
Flys
Incline Cambered Bar
Rope Pull downs
Vgrip Pulldowns
Reverse Grip Pulldowns

Day 2 Legs

Squats
Leg Press
Extensions
Hammy Curls

Day 3 Shoulders

Smith Presses behind neck or in front
Lateral Raises
Front raises
Reverse Flys for Rear delts

Day 4 Back

T bar row
Lat pull down
DB row
Seated Pullbacks

Day 5 Arms

Straightbar curls
Alternating DB curls
Cambered Bar curls
Reverse grip Rope curls
Incline Cambered Bar
Rope Pull downs
Vgrip Pulldowns
Reverse Grip Pulldowns

I throw in Calfs and Abs every other day or when they are not sore. If i were to cycle how much differently should i train. BTW I am 6'1 165lbs 5% BF. Any suggestions?
