Hypertrofi can be achieved through overloading the musclefibers. Obviously there are many ways of doing this, one is not necesserily better then the other.
Was Dorian wrong when he only did 1-2 work sets pr. excercise? Was Arnold wrong when he did over 20 sets for an arm workout?
