i was just curious how many people use top ramen as a source of carbs and is it a good source of carbs for a bodybuilder?.....its easy to make and cheap as dirt!!
yea but for tuna you can run it under some water adn get rid of alot of it......
as for the taste (which no one likes), there are a million ways to eat it.......with 2 tblspoons of salsa, with a little lemon squeezed on it....with some ketchup...with anything healthy that you like
Romen noodles have trans fatty acids (aka TRANS FAT). Steer clear of them at all costs, which is none LOL...Like ~SC~ said, it's fried noodles...You'll bulk alright, around the waist and gut

The noodles do taste pretty good though. Nah, I agree with Tex - get the oat meal. If you are not sure about the oatmeal, there used to be a pretty good thread on here on how to do an 'oat meal.' Dang I miss that thread.
