What is so controversial about the idea that blacks were selectively bred to be better at physical abilities?

As another example whites are bred (unintentionally) to be resistant to HIV. The virus that causes AIDS goes in through something called the CCR-5 receptor in the human body. There is a mutation that changes the CCR-5 receptor so that things cannot bind to it. About a thousand years ago only about 0.0025% of white people had a mutation. However in today's society about 10-25% of whites have this mutation. The reason is that Smallpox and the Black plague attack the CCR-5 receptor, so over the generations individual whites who had this mutation were more likely to survive and those who lacked it were more likely to die. Basically over the last 1000 years whites have been selectively bred via smallpox and the black plague to have this mutation. As a result it went from 1 out of 40,000 people having it to 1 out of 7 having it today.
