Adding Growth Hormone to my TRT

I'm in my late 40s and two years ago I got on TRT finally. I kind of delayed it for a while. I probably should have gone on it earlier but it is what it is.a
I would like to see if growth hormone being added to my TRT would also be a good idea. I'm thinking of running between 1 and 2 IU per day. Do you think that would be a good dosage of HGH?

When it comes to growth hormone, there really isn't a 100% answer. Some people will run as low as 1 IU per day, and some people will go as high as 5 or 6.

I would stick to two IU's per day. I don't know why people run so much. Take it half in the morning and half before bed.

Bros, HGH is too rich for my blood but when I do use it I'll go two to three IU's. I think that's the good dose for someone big like me.

Growth hormone is the GOAT. Make sure that you are taking it, 1 IU before bed. It will help you sleep much better. You can also run it, 2 to 3 IU total.

1-2iu all before bed is a great start at your age. You're right on the cusp of actually needing it now.
