wtf is with these protein calculators? according to my weight and build i should take in over 300 grams of protein a day. thats f^&@ing rediculous!!!!
if i take in over 130-150 a day now i get gas so bad i cant stand myself not mention my wife and my blood test came back abnormal for high bun test levels high nitrogen etc.. so why would i need more i think those calculators are totally off. if i ate that much i would have serious gastro problems anyone taking in this much or feel the same way?
