thanks for answer but I want ask you if I can use instead of clear water CRYSTAL LIGHT TEA.

The main reason I say "no" to sodas and coffee is the caffeine content. Caffeine is a diuretic (leeches water from your body), so that cup of coffee will actually make you dehydrated, instead of hydrated.

I'd say that the light tea is fine, provided it is caffeine-free. However, water is really best.

Some recent studies seem to conclude that caffeine is just very slightly diuretic

Interesting read, bob. K for you.

Regardless, it is a step backwards. Of course, this is coming from an individual who drinks little or no caffeine, so it has a greater effect on me.

According to the abstract the article by Maughan & Griffin, 2001, you can apparently build up a tolerance to caffeine. I'm very skeptical of that, however.

tolerance to caffeine ?
Of course

Take 4 or more Starbucks a day for one month and I promise coffee won't have so much effect on you
