Hey girl! You are well on your way! I had mine done the same way as yours and just a little bit smaller (only one "D"). After about a month you will be pretty much back to normal. I found some bras that were wireless & cut on the "cup" part like a sports bra but had the straps & stuff like a normal bra so I could wear those for work. The part I loved the best was beign able to NOT wear a bra for going out!
I lost some sensitivity, but generally I was never that sensitive there anyway. The two things that took the longest to get past were the occassionally shooting pains because the nerve endings are regenerating, but that drops way down after the first month as well. The other was the sore muscles when I started my chest workouts again. I had my girls done in mid Jan and had started training for a competition in April, so give it a few months and then just slowly start into the chest training. It hurts because the muscles are stretched tight across the implants and it takes a little to get them "comfortable". But it does happen. Another weird thing is that when I was doing my back workout, occassionally I would get involuntary twitches in my boobs. You can tell like when you are on the last few reps and you are getting tired. If you start losing form a little and your chest muscles try to compensate, you get the weird twitches. But its still all worth it.
For the bruising & discoloration, you might consider getting some Arnica -- they are little white pellets that they should have at your local health food store.
I dont' remember if you said explicitly that you had taken some painkillers -- I used them for 4 days before I could switch over to Extra strength Tylenol. The annoyance was about a week & a 1/2 later I woke just sort of generally depressed about things --- it was the "detoxing" from the painkillers. It lasted about 5 days. So, if all of a sudden you start getting bummed out, its probably just from the meds and it will pass quickly.
Otherwise, bounce on girl!
