ok so ever since me and my g/f have been together we have had sex everyday sometimes 2-4 times a day. and here latley i ahve notice my muscles are shrinking and my strength is decreasing!!

so i told her it has to stop. how much i love it my first love was powerlifting so i told her once a week i dont care how many times that day it was but once a week. she was mad at me bu she then came to me n told me it was ok and she understood!!

what is your guys oppinions on it??
