Ok. Here's where I am at...
33 years old, 6'3 221 pounds. 13-14%ish
Sd, epi, 1-AD in my 20's
First cycle of test blend+prop Jan and february of 2012. (recovery went flawlessly)
4 years CONSISTENT training 29-33 and on-and-off in my 20's
I work 50 hours a week on my feet in healthcare, it is very hard to bulk but I have been able to with $ and discipline because it takes 6-8 meals @ 600 cals a meal to effectively do so. I am very active.
My diet is very simple:
Raw oats, yams or sweet potatos, brn rice, ezekiel bread, black, garbanzo and lentil beans, ground turkey, chicken, tofu, greek yogurt, lowfat swiss and cottage cheese, lots of fish, eggs, and veggies.
I tore my miniscus 3 months ago and have stopped most forms of cardio besides swimming and leg training has been an issue.
My max lifts total almost 1100 lbs with a total squat of 300(sad)
I am not pleased with either my size nor my bf% I know this an issue many deal with but I hope to remedy both in the next 12-18 months. I have test 400, hcg, and all my pins on hand.
I am considering a cycle regardless a few weeks after surgery.
I had originally planned oral winnie and test prop but because of my tendon injury I don't think something tough on joints is a good idea. My next thought is d-bol and test 400 w additional test prop to really focus on increasing size and strength on my upper body, maintain lower body size, and take advantage of time off work w extra sleep. Cardio will be limitted regardless. I can wait until next may for a good cutting cycle in that case.
Pct will stay the same forever for me. Hcg 500 iu weekly during weeks 2-8 of cycle, clomid 35,25,25,25, daa, and velvet bean.
I train with very low volume and high intensity, usually with 2 working sets per exercise, 1 @ 4-6 reps and 1 @ 8-12 reps. I incorporate drop sets, rest-pause,fst, negatives, and use very good form on everything from 1 rep PR's to 25 rep burns, always 2-3 times slower on negatives.
I am really trying to take things to the next level but am torn on dieting with an injury or continuing to work on size. Thanks for any advice..
