To Bread or not to Bread? That is the question.

That sounds pretty damn good


I just find whichever 100% whole wheat bread has the first ingrediant as "whole wheat flour"

as opposed to all that other garbage - lots of "100% whole wheat" bread is crap
 
Try to find sprouted bread its called Ezkeil Bread found in the frozen natural food section at the health food store or local grocery stores. Its all natural made without any flour, its made with sprouted grains etc. No additives or anything else. Hands down the best bread for you ,
 
I eat a 3 corn rye bread that has no bullshit ingredients (real whole wheat rye flour, no sugars, no glueten, etc.).

I eat it in moderation.

Don't be afraid of bread, just don't overdo it.
