To Bread or not to Bread? That is the question.

Is there anything that bread is good for that I can't get somewhere else. I was told that bodybuilders try not to eat breads at all. Is this true? Please help me out on the whole bread thing.

Should I just cut breads out Totally?

Try the diet forum.
 
Depends on your goals. Bread is not bad. If you want it in your diet, you should find a way to make it fit.

This means, eating it at the right times, eating in moderation, making the macronutrient ratio fit with what you want to accomplish.
 
I eat white bread with some meals to stay sane since I practically grew up as a kid eating it with dinner but as long as your counting the carbs and keeping your diet in check you should be fine. now if your dieting to get into single digit bf then thats a differen't story.
 
I eat a type of musli bread which is a combination of Flax bread and whole wheat bread... it has hazelnuts, sunflowe seeds, flax seeds (duh) and even some raisins for a little sweet taste... I eat 2 slices/day with my 10:00 am chicken...
