2)do you Squat, having one-dimensional strength is very limiting cause you lose so much valuable growth.

3) do you deadlift, having a strong back and core increases one's strength and size.

if you can answer yes to all those question then you are well on your way to being a good lifter

i can answer yest to al those questions i have good form, on everything i dead lift, squat i go down parallel w/ very good form, when i did 240 i didnt lift my back off!! I dont bounce the weight i dont belive in that it can cause injury and its not a tru bench and i go all the way down touch my chest and go back up no bounce, a little pause!! Thanx man!!
 
Good job on the progress. My current routine mixes low and high reps. I like the variety. Good luck on 300.

Figured The misunderstanding was humerous though. Keep in mind I had two "speed stacks" today, still buzzing.
