I came off a EQ and tren cycle and are now taking creatine, might help me keep strength with the water I gain from it. Anyway, how many of you have tried a dose of 20-30g for one week and then 5g for the rest, and then tried something like keepoing the creatine at 10-15grams each day, instead of lowering the dose to 5g. For me 10-15g compared to 5g each day is a big difference. I've started at 20g per day and are now at a dose of 3g pre workout and 8-10g post. Non workout days I take about 5g per day. Creatine seems to help me a lot, Inever gain any water that is visiable as watergain/bloat. It actuall seems like it helps me removingt the water between the muscle and puch it into my muscle. My friends that are taking creatine feels they get to bloated, but not for me. I piss like never before and get pumped and rock hard while on it. I love the higher dose of creatine over a longer period than just 5g per day, with a start for a week at 20-30g. Anyone else that like the higher doses on creatine for a longer time? Would love some replies.
