Well 4 1/2 weeks now and I'm still gainin'. Strength hasn't gone up a whole helluva lot, but I busted thru my plateau's since starting this so that says a lot. This workout kicks ass and is also kickin' MY ass at the same time. I'm in the gym no more than 40 min's and feel like I've been there for 2 hours when I'm done. Serious intensity. Body weight hovering around 195 up from 185 when I first started. Hell I'll Take It! Noticing SERIOUS improvements in upperbody physique...especially shoulders, chest and tri's. I can't stress enough that if there's anyone out there looking to change up their workout...and start something new and fresh...give this workout a shot. As long as you eat right and get enough rest you definitely will NOT be disappointed. P SOUT.
