Tired of chicken!!!

My uncle (who is extremely wealthy) told me atkins was no problem he lost all the weight he wanted to lose and I thought "geez, how do these people do it" well when you spend the money you can get REALLY good food. He was eating filet mignon 3x a day.

So with that my advice is get the highest quality stuff you can afford, I think it makes the protein sources stay tasting good.
 
Fish, 3 times a week at least. If you're willing to look into it and experiement, you'll probably be calling fish your favorite within no time at all.
 
Tilapia,salmon,other white fish,round tip roast cuts of beef,pork loins or sirloins,beef jerky is a great low fat protein snack you can take any were.Turkey breast is very good if you can stand the nasty taste.
