After eating a meal consisting of mostly carbs such as a pasta dish at around 5 or 6 at night i tend to get sleepy. I generally only eat something like this once a week or so but every time I do I fall asleep. I heard this has to do with the way my body releases insulin.
i agree when i load carbs all i wnat to do is sleep usually it is at work and fuck am i miserable, wish i didn't need them as much as i do, but the price we all have to pay
