I've seen pleanty of "large" guys do anal in porn movies and some people are into anal fisting, so I imagine there's pleanty of room to accomodate these people.

As for the condom thing...wearing one is a good idea, but I've seen uncut guys going bare in movies so I guess the choice is yours. I'd think if you used enough lube it wouldn't be a problem.

man, do yourself a favor and get her an enema so she can douche before hand. unless your into scat scenes. also, if you opt to not use a rubber having her douche will minimize the chances you will have to go to the doc and get an antibiotic for non-specific urethritis. oh one more thing, be GENTLE and take it SLOW. the risk is that you may loose your wood with all the extra time, so you may want to pop a half of viagra or something. use plenty of lube.
