Welcome to the new chapter of this tiny asian. After a few months of PCT, living a chaotic work lifestyle, caring my autistic daughter, and an ultimate realisation that some things are just not meant to be, my partner and I have canned the project to have a second baby.

As the title suggests, I'm a tiny asian. Still bigger than most guys at my uni and local gym, but certainly not anywhere close to the genetic monsters that you all are.

Because I started gym very late in life (around 33) I lost my chance to maximise my potential at youth. Despite that, I've been able to train for 7 years natty and felt that I've reached the limit. At 40 now, I have decided to progress in my growth with AAS.

What makes this cycle different is that I have bro @Gains Man to now crack the whip to get my shit together. Training, dieting and logging compliance is now mandatory! Almost 6hrs sleep. Good recovery regardless. Looks like the GH from @Prymal is definitely doing the heavy lifting.

Coach prescribed EOD for AAS so I'm excited to have another 0.9ml injection, mostly from @Southern Cross Labs Test E and NPP.

Work has been so busy today. One of our "sites" went down over the weekend so now we're under contingency mode. Ears been hot on the phone all day.

Also got really bad news from my daughter vineland assessment as well. Extremely low across everything. It just means she's most likely going to go to life support classes rather than academic main stream. Her diagnosis also changed from global development delay to intellectual disability. We're fortunate enough to be able to support her life all the way through but fingers cross she'll grow out. She's an absolutely beautiful child; never throws tantrums and very well behaved.
