I would suggest you stick to eating carbs for the first two meals of the day and before/After workout. For the protein, it's usually w/ every meal. Fats, no pre or post workout fats, and no fats w/ the 2nd post workout meal.
You might have misread what I said, for I said no fat for pre/post and 2nd post workout, that should leave at LEAST 3 meals of the day where you can eat fats - assuming a 6 meal plan.
Ok how about this. How long before a work out is fat ok even an hour before it's fine and how long after a workout is fat ok? I suggest 3hrs at minimal before you take in fat pw
