Just passing this along for the ones that may not know and want to try.
I used to do my cardio immediately after my lifting and got some ok gains. That's right just ok. I switched it to either early mornings before anything or last thing in the evening and am getting a lot better gains than i was. Feels great actually. I do it at home. A light jog or heavy walk and it works great. Again just passing it along for anyone else who isn't sure about when to do cardio. Give it a try.
