Cook it all at once and have it tupperwared for the week.

I cut mine up into chunks, grill in a skillet with Olive oil, yurmeric & any one of a dozen other spices. I like em hot. Split that into 3 meals for my lunches. Then I'll do some fish up, prepared the same, but nuked, for the rest of my meals.The_Clockwork said:how do you guys prepare your chicken before u tupperware it up?
You grill it or how do you cook it and u add any flavoring to it?

cooking them in bulk and putting them in tupperware - half in the fridge half in the freezer and at night for every container you used take the same out of the freezer put in fridge.
