Whats the deal you cant buy pre cooked grilled chicken anymore like tysons and shit..

There's gotta be grilled chicken in the frozen food section... but regardless, buy the fresh stuff, usually it's anywhere from 3.5 to 4 pounds for about 10 bucks at a somewhat overpriced Stop & Shop here in NY, that's up to 64 ounces, not too bad. Cook it all at once and have it tupperwared for the week.

Costco and any other similar definitely stock it. Saw it a week ago.

I get my Chix from my resturant supplier...40lbs of boneless skinless breast VERY FRESH
for $58 Can't beat that shit...Cook up 4-5 pounds and fridge it. 10lbs of tilapia fillets which equal about 20 big fillets for $32..Oh shit no price posting..

how do you guys prepare your chicken before u tupperware it up?

You grill it or how do you cook it and u add any flavoring to it?

I put hotsauce on it....then bake or broil...you can cook alot more that way...Maybe some Goya seasoning...OR I make it plain then cut it up and make chicken salad but instead of using mayo and shit I use salsa

I put oregano, pepper, and then say maybe lemon pepper on some and basil on another, maybe garlic on a couple...

I tend to put on hot sauce when eating, but beware lots of sodium.

I am no cook... women's forum has a great recipes thread.

Honestly I dont even warm most of my food up, I just eat it and move on. If I want something that tastes good I make a shake with fruit and anpb and there's not much else I like more than that. Or I cook something fresh for dinner... like tilapia. When I'm on the go, I try not to think about the blandness of what I'm putting down my throat.

I cut mine up into chunks, grill in a skillet with Olive oil, yurmeric & any one of a dozen other spices. I like em hot. Split that into 3 meals for my lunches. Then I'll do some fish up, prepared the same, but nuked, for the rest of my meals.

You microwave fish bro?? The idea of that one frightens me. it turns out decent?

cooking them in bulk and putting them in tupperware - half in the fridge half in the freezer and at night for every container you used take the same out of the freezer put in fridge.

We're too backwoods and redneck down here for Trader Joe's, hell, we don't even have a Supertarget or a Costco yet.
