Body weight 140 pounds 175 pounds 210 pounds
Endruance Dosage 5g 10g 15g
Strength Dosage 10g 15g 20g
Muscle Volume Dosage 20g 30g 40g
I have never heard of anyone taking 20-40 grams of creatine, especially twice a day
I think that you can get the same max benefit if you take 8-12 grams and drink a substantial amount of water. No less than a gallon, no need to have more than 2
