I have gained some weight of course, some water weight. But my strength has went up and so has my endurance weight lifting wise. I can workout longer and harder. I shoulder pressed the 70's 6x yesterday. I usually do 65's maybe.

Creatine Monohyrdate (all kinds of brands) its ok.
I think that this creatine absorbs better than any other creatine i have used. they all have the same shit mostly, except this is Creatine Glycerol Phosphate. It has to be the aborption of this stuff.
