Oh and by the way since when is 5'6" 180 10-12% average?And I still have to see your pictures to know your stats match mine big guy.

I have not done one cycle I have done one short heavy dose bulking cycle similar to the one I have here and turned it into a cutter after about 6 weeks.I have been around aas since 1995.I was already about as big as I am now 10 years ago when I was 18 but do to joining the marine corps,getting married starting my own car business after I got out and life in general I stayed out of the gym for a good 7 years or more and ate like a slob.I lived a sedentary life in the office doing paperwork and such and balooned up to 246 lbs before I decided enough was enough about 3 years ago and started back on track.I was natural for about a year and took off about 40lbs of fat that way then started cycling again to build back up the muscle wich I had basically none anymore under all that fat.It was incredible if I would have kept going with the weight loss with out a cycle I am sure I would have hit 145 lbs before i was lean.It seemed all of my muscle mass had disapeared.Anyways thats a little insight of what happened to me in a nutshell.

Yes and I did say vets and experienced bros.You have 67 posts and attacked my diet as if you were rRonie Colemans personal trainer himself.Now I would have accepted that thrashing all day from some one I know and respect like Radar or any other mod or vet,but I dont know you from atom so you could have tried a little more humbre aproach with your suggestions instead of being so agressive.It said mods and exp bros for a reason,I meant bros I know.If you would have given me some sugestions in a nice way I would have said cool and took them or dismissed them but instead you came out shitinbg all over my diet from the gate.Not cool in my book,got me all fired up an its only 11:00 am sheesh :chomp: :chomp: :chomp:

not a fan of cottage cheese but if you like it go for it. theres alot of insulin activity going on with the diet and your gonna be taking exogenous insulin, this will lead to fat accumulation if your not super lean naturally, keep an eye out.

the diet is ok, not that great in as far as the quality of the foods.

unless you are an extremely sensitive person this was in no way out of line or insulting. sorry, don't buy it. if my post count bothers you than ignore the advice.

Never said it was insulting just came out a bit too agresive,I am done with this argument maybe the anadrol is making me a bit sensitive I dont know. :worried:
