not a fan of cottage cheese but if you like it go for it. theres alot of insulin activity going on with the diet and your gonna be taking exogenous insulin, this will lead to fat accumulation if your not super lean naturally, keep an eye out.
the diet is ok, not that great in as far as the quality of the foods.
