Bro you have no idea I just found this publix cottage cheese and its $3 for 4 cups of it and 2 cups has all the nutrients for a perfect meal.I felt like I found a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow lol.I also found this tip round or something like it at Cosco for $2 a lb and its a 10-12lb ball of meat that you can cut into steaks.I cut it into 8 oz steaks and its really tender and has virtually no fat.If you have a cosco near you and like red meat Id recomend you to check it out its awesome.I am definetly considering taking out the white rice for the sweet potato or something of equal carb value thats not so high in the GI index.But remember I am Cuban so I am addicted to that shit(White Rice) from birth lol.Probably be better to change the milk for skim also since I dont really need the extra lactose but I guess it wouldnt hurt either since I am bulking and the extra clories would be cool since the diet is kind of clean.I really need to throw in another meal in the middle of the night when I wake up though.I wake up everynight starving and end up raiding the fridge for what ever I can scavenge.buffalo said:As long as your going to throw that other meat in there i like the diet. I know exactly what you mean bro sometimes in the middle of a cycle Ill feel like straight up crap for no reason and no matter what I will feel tiny and really average looking no matter how juiced up and vascular I look.It really sucks and nothing can really prepare you for those times you just got to kinda be mentally tough and roll through it and know it will be over soon.Thanx for the advice and K to you.satchboogie said:i can only give you one advice..

maybe this is the reason your not dropping bf, you really don't know what your doing with diet. if you think endogenous insulin activity doesn't effect fat loss/gain you really need to look into that and clarify your understanding of the material.And just so you know insulin spikes from foods are really wayyyyyyyy over rated.
