This is were I am at bulking cycle coming up.Vets and exp bros help on diet please

Ok here is the pictures the diet and the gear.Stats 5'6" 178lbs bf12%?About as low as I dare to go with the bf right now with out feeling terribly scrawny,its already fucking with my head hardcore.So Its bulking time.Here is one day of the diet things will always change on menu but I have all food weighed and added up the day before so its easy to take to work and such.Ok here is the diet for one day.

Meal 1 at 7:00am=2 servings kelogs strawberry cereal with 2 scoops protein powder and 1 1/2 cups 1% milk.607 Calories/74gcarbs/62gprotein/6gfat

Workout at 8:00am (2muscles per day)

meal2 at 9:30am 10ius slin/w pwo shake :490cal/70gcarbs/51gprotein

meal3 at 11:30am 2cups white rice/w a 6oz chicken breast=641cal/59g p/89gC/3gF.

meal4 at 2:30pm 2 cups publix pinaple cottage cheese:440cal/56gC/44gp/6gf

meal5 at 5:30pm 8oz steamed string beans w/8 oz atlantic salmon steak grilled:493cal/16gc/49gp/25gfat/8gfiber

meal6 at 9:00pm 2 scoops casein protein powder with 2 tblspoons of ANPB with 1 1/2 cups 1% milk:575cal/33gc/66gp/16gf
Totals for day=3246cal/331gp/338gcarbs/56f
I know its a little light but its were I am starting at and will go up acordingly if I dont see gains.Its a really clean diet,any bros that can give me some input or ideas please help a brother out.I was thinking about adding another meal like a shake or something for when I get up in the middle of the night hungry all the time and also 2 servings of roasted peanuts to snack on through out the day wich is an extra 380calories for the 2 servings

Week 1-6 anadrol 50-100mg/day
week 1-16 sust 750mg/week
week 1-16 deca 600mg/week
week 16-20 prop 100mg/eod
week 16-28 enanthate250mg/week
week 20-28 anavar50mg/day
slin pwo 10ius per day 4weeks on 4weeks off
Dont ask about pct cause their isnt one. ;) Gona probably cruise on test enanthate and anavar for 2 months or so to cut up.Here are the pics of were I am as of today goal is to be at 200-205 bellow 10% bf.
 
cereal should be replaced with oatmeal, no need for the processed crappy calories.

2 cups white rice should be switched to brown rice, sweet potatos, etc., again the sugar.

the 1% milk can be switched or eliminated.

not a fan of cottage cheese but if you like it go for it. theres alot of insulin activity going on with the diet and your gonna be taking exogenous insulin, this will lead to fat accumulation if your not super lean naturally, keep an eye out.

the diet is ok, not that great in as far as the quality of the foods.

Oatmeal is too heavy 1 hour before a grueling work out,it sits in my stomach like a lump for hours.I have oatmeal and protein powder incorporated in the diet but on other days.Brown rice is the nastiest shit I ever tasted and I wont force myself to eat that crap.As far as the insulin activity not worried about it.I know I can get shreded once this is done and do not think I will be putting a bunch of fat from it.Again this is just a sample of the amount of calories I am looking to start with,not like I am going to follow this everyday.All the Carbs in the diet are during the time I am really active so like I said not worried about any insulin activity.Also not my first time using insulin so 10ius is not much to pu on any fat.Have you ever used it before? :rolleyes:

Chef I have salmon,steak,97% lean ground beef,turkey,tilapia,top round,chiken breast,grouper,turkey hamburger, all lined up to go in there also but I am too lazy and havent printed out the nutritional values for the portions I will be using and incorporated them into meals yet.I have worked in restaurants all over the east coast all my life so cooking is no issue.Just ask the wifey who makes the best low fat meals around. :Chef: What I posted up there is just an example of one day wich will be tomorrow what I will be eating.Because I was too lazy to print out and organize the rest.I just have there what is most practical for me tomorrow lol.K to you for the help though
 
Funny you should run a 28 weeker. I did last year. it looked like:

week 1-12
600mg test
600mg deca
30mg dbol for first 5 weeks

week 13-22
1000mg eq
125mg test

week 22-28
350mg test
350mg tren

anywho, i'm an advocated of longer cycles, but I take quite a bit of time off in between. i'm almost a time on = timeoff guy. yeah I guess I got sidetracked.

anyway man, its bulking, just eat and enjoy yourself man!

LOL the cycle is dirt cheap the abombs are liquid,the sust and the deca jugs of cheap homebrew. :evil:
