I had a problem with a linksys wireless router.. I went through 3 people that had indian accents so thick that I could barely understand ANYTHING that was being said to me.
Got pissed, took the shit back and emailed Linksys and said they have lost a customer for life(not that they give a shit).
The only support they brought back to the States is some of their home usre support. When I say some I mean a really small number. All businesses and enterprises are of course staying in the Statesbut little ol home users will have to talk with someone from India. Unfortunately, the techs in India aren't even eimplyess as they are outsourced. We have technicians in India to deal with our smaller accounts but at least they are actual employees. Unless something is done to restrict corporations from moving jobs overseas, most will continue to engure the same problems
