Thinkin about hiking Mount Kilimanjaro

6'1. 200lbs. 12%bf. ran test tren deca var winni beast

Thinking about going to Africa in about 6 months and hiking Mount Kilimanjaro. Besides my normal weight training I'm going to up my cardio majorly with 2-3 16km hikes a week plus daily stepper
Would love advice on a pre cycle so I don't waste away to nothing with all this cardio and to recover and heal faster.
 
GW for starters. It's anti catcbolic and increases endurance
 
GW is an excellent idea. The most important thing to remember is keep doses low and use nothing that gives back pumps.

I'd suggest test prop at 200mg a week and GW at 20mg a day.

You can add EQ at 250mg a week and drop the test dose to 150-175.

And i was on tren i had no cardio at all... dunno if its gonna kill your routine!
