Thinking about going to Africa in about 6 months and hiking Mount Kilimanjaro. Besides my normal weight training I'm going to up my cardio majorly with 2-3 16km hikes a week plus daily stepper
Would love advice on a pre cycle so I don't waste away to nothing with all this cardio and to recover and heal faster.
