Whats up EF!
So long story short I am dieting again and sitting at 17% @ 5'10 202lbs. My goal is to reach 10-11% over the next 8 weeks. I am losing 2-3 lbs a week and I know the leaner I get the harder it will be. I am doing Palumbos keto diet and I have always had great success with his protocol, I do not sway from the diet at all. I am weight training 6 days a week for 45-60 minutes, and do 60 minutes of LISS a day postworkout 6 days a week as well. I am doing this unassisted this time around, except for hydroxycut hardcore elite which I will use for the 8 weeks. With the diet alone, I am in a big deficit, and with the weights and cardio it puts me around 1000 calorie deficit a day. Wondering if you guys think this is feasible?? Thanks!
