There has to be a easier way!!!

I just sat down for about a hour and figured out my 6 meals so i will get atleast 4000 cal 350 protien and 411 carbs in a day.
After I figured it out and using triplethreat drinks twice a day(meal 2 and Meal 6) i could only come up with 3725cal 319 protien and 415 carbs a day.
How do you guys do it and still have a variety of foods to choose from? I am assuming Meal 1,3 and 5 are the biggest(breakfast,lunch and dinner). This is really gonna suck when i have to raise my Cal,pro and carb intake once I start gaining wieght. Any of you have suggestions?
 
When u are bulking it is Ok to throw some fast food in there.....your body will need fats.....and I think it really helps in your overall gains!

Now I am not saying to eat 10 big macs a day but I stop there a couple of times a week for added calories!
 
I just spent a good $150 dollars on nothing but food for myself for the next 2 weeks. I am pretty confident Igot the right stuff. Although my son was alittle upset about me reading the back of every item before I decided on it. I made a list of every meal for the next 2 weeks so i can go by that. If this next 2 weeks works out great then i can change things around a little = )
