The WORST protein EVER.....

ha that was the 1st protein powder i got so i grew used to it and felt spoiled... i just chug the stuff.. drink it fast enough with a large glass of water and u dont taste it til your done.. then i just rinse my mouth

That body fortress protein tasted like shit because it was gritty. It would not completely mix up, even if I used a shaker. I don't buy that from Wal-Mart anymore. I get 5 pound bags of the EAS brand from Sam's now for $30. It tastes good and mixes well.

Yes, it's pretty nasty! I couldn't down it.
It's true what "lean and mean" is saying, this stuff doesn't mix very well. I tried mixing it with some muscle milk, bad idea. I'll have to get rid of it.

Oh and what are you saying? It wasn't that cheap.

If you put it in a blender, throw in a banana. It'll mix up so it's not "gritty" and the banana will add some flavor.


Oh, and it IS CHEAP protein. You just over paid for it.

I am really particular about the brands of protein I use. I would rather pay a little more and get a high quality great tasting product. I don't see how you guys drink that ON or EAS bullshit. Low quality and horrible taste.

Princesa you could try adding a few teaspoons of instant coffee. That should pretty much kill the taste and give you a nice little boost.

it's more the mixability on this one and not so much the taste for me. I pound them down so fast i can't tell anyway. I've used this one and it's fine.

I was gonna reccommend mixing with Muscle Milk, Did you use the Vanilla creme? I would try mixing it with that, !/2 schoop to 1 whole scoop of Muscle Milk, try adding abit of vanilla favoring,if its still yucky add some hershey's choc powder to it!
And if all else fails, load that baby up with some fresh strawberries in the blender!
