This is the ANYTHING sushi thread! I Love sushi. Fresh, colorful, delicious sushi. It would be nice to incorporate it into my everyday diet. What are some of your favorite sushi rolls or sushi experiences. My favorite roll right now is the unagi eel roll. It is eel and cucumber wrapped in rice and seaweed paper. it is topped with a warm bbq sauce. Of course there is the american classic California roll. Too bad for those who are allergic to fish.

Man I love that shit. I went out last night and had some. I usually will get some Chirashi which is basically a bowl lined with seaweed wrap covered in rice with shashimi on top. Best shit ever.
