I'm in the OMEGA Project right now and I love it. I've told OMEGA and I'll say right here that this WILL NOT be my only session of working with OMEGA. Hes made a good program, is a VERY knowledable, and actually cares about your progress and personal health.
I'll post up pics in a few months to show how much progress I've made, and beginning and ending major lifts if I have permission.

Ya, im thinking about it too... Just don't know how much time commitment is really needed....
Little to none. Its just like what you've done for years, but OMEGA has a unique spin on diet, training, ect. his ideas are very opposed to mainstream bodybuilding, and IMHO, vastly superior.
His methods are easier to apply as far as dieting goes too.

I'm close to being sold. I need to regain my strength and I would love to do the Omega program.
OMEGA doesn't give a random routine, but tailors it to the persons goals and available equipment.
Mine is sport specific (can't go into detail) and my strength and cardiovascular endurance is way up.
I can give one small example, but no more. For Hammer Strength Press I started of doing 80 pounds per side of "x" reps. One month later I got 92.5 pounds per side for the same "x" reps. One month!! Thats even with me dropping down about 12 pounds.
My advice, go for it!!
