One simple question. How do you guys use it???? On a constant basis no matter how many carbs you eat or do you only use it on day when you go crazy on the carbs. Does this stuff really work?

what do you mean by the "old r-ala"? the pre glucorell R version?

everyday... with every meal... 1 cap for every 30-50g of carbs..

I am taking the glucorell version. I was just wondering how many people take because I have read that some people are taking 400mg of the stuff. One more thing, how long before a meal are you supposed to take this stuff? Do you take it and eat right away or do I have to wait some time?

take right before or with meals..

if fast acting carbs (dextrose).. take 5 min before
