Figuring out how much Thymosin alpha I need

I'm looking for advice when it comes to using thymosin alpha to boost my immune system.
I've heard this stuff is really good. Do you think 1 mg a week is good or do I need to run it at a higher dosage? I'm 45 years old and I suffer from seasonal allergies.

2mg split over 2x weekly injections, from recollection. Happy for someone to correct me, if I am misremembering.

From the information ive read 200 to 500mcg dose daily or every second day
Can also be used if you feel your getting sick can do a higher dose
