Do u guys get horrible indigestion at night from eating so damn much ? I'm on a 5000-6000 diet 50/30/20 , and I wake up around 4 most nights with the worst acid like feeling in my throat , nothing I take seems to work and I'm bulking right now so don't wanna cut my food intake ..

get the same when bulking, but especially on orals like abombs, all that helps me is a sip of milk usually, but sometimes only for a short time though lol

That sounds like acid reflux, eating a bunch of food before lying flat can aggravate it. I take prilosec OTC when mines flares up.

A box is usually a 7 day course and should fix you right up.

It's not something to mess around with because it can damage your esophagus. I got checked out by a doc and was diagnosed with it once it got so bad I couldn't swallow without intense pain.

Thanks man , yeah I think it's for sure acid reflux , gaviscon has been helping a bit

I'd highly recommend trying Prilosec OTC...chewable antacids can provide some relief...but it's like a band aid.

Priolsec actually decreases the amount of acid your body creates, more or less helping you from the inside and allowing your body to heal. It won't provide immediate relief, which is why you need to do a full course of it.

Mine was pretty bad so I was instructed to use it for a couple months. After that I didn't have problems for years. Now, maybe once per year, I need to use a one week course of it to keep the acid under control.
