The car does get a lot of attention, that's for sure. I've noticed 4 different people take out their phones on the freeway and take pics or vids.
Funny, there was a young girl, about 8-10 years old, was staring at it at a stop light with her mouth dropped. My fiance noticed her and started laughing.
Lots of thumbs up and honks, etc.
In person it does look like something exotic, more like a Ferrari. Previous generation corvettes don't have that exotic look, very "American sports car". The new looks like it came from Italy, not Detroit. It's definitely a very bold and attractive looking car to most people.
