Hey guys, first post here; I've working seiously for 3 years, I started at 240 Lbs, and 30%+ BF, now, I'm still 240 lbs, but less than 20% bf.
I'm 38 yo, and i want to a better bf percentage, so I did some research, and even when there's a lot of contradictory info in the forums, the general agreement is to use T3/Clen/Winni stack.
After doing some more diiging, and getting a headache on so many different opinions, I found this:

CLENBUTEROL 250 tabs 20mcg/tab
WINSTROL TABS 200 tabs 10mg

I have a clean diet, with one cheat meal a week, i squat 495 1rm, deadlift 4751rm and BP 295.
My workouts are at 8:am and all i take is a prework out w/ extra bcaa's.
Do you think this stack is a good one?
Also, PCT suggestions are very contradictory, some swear Nolva is the best, other say is garbage, should I do aromasin after winstrol?
I'll be running Revolution PCT by Redefine labs the whole time.
