Hey jjtt. You heard of suet ? It's just that made into a ball and baked there delicious with gravy.

The dumplings I've had are almost like big fat noodles but they are made out of dough. I've never had mine with gravy before. Typically we cook them in chicken broth with chicken for a few hours and it kind of makes its own juice. Sounds kind of nasty the way I've described it but it's so very good!! Yummy. One of my favorite meals!
