I'll go with burger king for breakfast and lunch.. breakfast 5 bacon and egg crousants 1500 calories 65g protein 85g fat and for lunch 2 double bacon cheesburgers 1100 calories 70g protein 68g fat YES!!!!!!!!!and i'll sometimes get a wendy's chicken blt salad to go along with my dinner its got 310 calories 33g protein ..i'll also drink 1 prolab n'large shake 2 myoplex mass shakes and 1 prolab lean mass shanke during the day,,i'm on a d-bol 50mg a day cycle right now so i'm tyring to bulk the hell up cuz i'm 20yrs old 6'3 only 190 trying to get up 220 so i can handle all the fat with my fast metabolism.
