Bro's got a good point on the pizza being more anabolic due to a better balance of carbs and protein but the question is kind of comparing apples to oranges isn't it..... Beef and chicken singly would provide the most protein but to be anabolic means carbs as well correct ??? Excellent question ?!?!?! I wish I could just eat pizza all damn day and grow like a weed but my gut is probably all that would grow.....what about a pizza with steak and chicken in it ?!?!?

plus milkfat has lactobumin,lactoferrin, IG growth factors etc...
