Men,
previous brothers have told you that the key to success is protein. how much? many have said 40%, some 65%

But I tell you this:
You have not lived until your diet consists only of the can of tuna.

The standards have changed. From now on 8% bodyfat is no longer enough to stay elite. I say 90% protein as a minimum requirement in order to maintain the mandatory 4% quadri-seasonal body fat that any true disciplined man would have.

And the remaining 10% of your diet must be either flax oil or cucumbers!!!

Some funny shit. Hanging around 7% now with no cardio and no way could I live off tuna and flax oil or cucumbers. Dude, do you know your body is missing out on a lot of good vitamins, minerals, fiber and enzyme's by restricking you food intake. A little cardio and I could hit 5% with no problem.
 
Tuna and flax everyday, i don't think so. There's being hardcore, and than there's being rediculos.

More power to you, if you can handle that, but not me.
