I thought I would start a thread about advise that trainers or gym buffs give you... that is funny, wrong or just plain stupid....
OK... I went for my BF% and I was pretty bummed out about losing track of my goals while I was moving houses, so 'the trainer' asked me what I'm doing.... she said ...that working out one body part a day is way too little... you muscles aren't being stimulated again for another 6 to 7 days... she said this is a maintenance program... not a cutting program... she recommend that I do a split... she also said that I should be doing 30 min of cardio after each weight session...
